After spending the first ten years of his life in California, Dallas moved to Easley with his family in 2003 and started attending CBC shortly thereafter. Throughout middle and high school, he was heavily involved in the Youth and Worship ministries.
Dallas graduated from Wren High School in 2011 and went on to earn a degree in Christian Studies at Anderson University. He spent three of his summers in college serving at Woodlands Camp, further developing his passion for evangelizing and discipling teenagers. He also interned at CBC and led the middle school ministry for a year.
After finishing at Anderson in 2015, Dallas spent a year and a half serving in a part-time capacity at Summit Church in Greenville, before coming back on staff here at CBC. While at Summit, Dallas met his wife, Brooke. She is a Fine Art student at Greenville Tech, and she runs her own art business and blog. The two got married in July 2017 and are living in Downtown Greenville. They love hanging out with the youth groupers, exploring the great outdoors, and learning how to be newlyweds.
Dallas enjoys running, hiking, biking, backpacking, camping, and really anything that takes place outside. He is not only a musician, but an avid sports fan. You can often find him rooting for the Celtics, Falcons, Braves, or Clemson Tigers or looking up the latest stats. He’s also a self-proclaimed nerd, so ask him about Lord of the Rings or Star Wars sometime!
